Day 00 — Delhi to Shimla by Volvo
Report at the designated Volvo boarding point in Delhi as per the confirmed bus schedule.
Board the overnight Volvo bus and begin your journey towards Shimla.

Day 01 — Shimla Arrival & Local Sightseeing
Arrive in Shimla in the morning. Our driver will pick you up from the Volvo bus point and transfer you to the hotel.
After check-in and breakfast, start your Shimla local sightseeing.
Visit Jakhoo Temple, followed by Indian Institute of Advanced Study and Sankat Mochan Temple.
Later, explore The Ridge, Christ Church and Mall Road. Spend some time at the local market and enjoy the cafés around Mall Road before returning to the hotel.

Day 02 — Kufri Excursion
After breakfast, proceed for a full-day excursion to Kufri.
Explore Kufri and enjoy the beautiful mountain surroundings. Depending on the season, optional activities such as horse riding, snow activities and adventure activities can be enjoyed at an additional cost.
Later, return to Shimla and spend the evening at leisure.
You can explore Mall Road, The Ridge and the local market at your own pace.

Day 03 — Shimla Sightseeing & Return to Delhi by Volvo
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and keep your luggage with the driver.
Enjoy the rest of the day exploring Shimla. Visit places such as Green Valley, Annandale and the Viceregal Lodge area, depending on the available time and sightseeing preferences.
You can also spend some free time shopping at Mall Road and Lakkar Bazaar.
In the evening, proceed to the designated Volvo boarding point and board your bus for the return journey to Delhi.
Arrive in Delhi the next morning, marking the end of your Shimla trip with sweet memories to take back home.

- Volvo timings, boarding points and seat availability are subject to the operator and travel date.
- Volvo tickets will be booked according to availability at the time of confirmation.
- Hotel check-in and check-out will be as per the property's policy.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges.
- Sightseeing and transfers are subject to weather, road conditions, traffic and local restrictions.
- Optional activities in Kufri are subject to season, availability and applicable charges.
- During winter, snowfall and snow-related experiences are subject to weather conditions and cannot be guaranteed.
- The itinerary may be adjusted due to weather, road conditions, traffic or other unforeseen circumstances.
Terms & conditions
- 40% advance payment is required to confirm the booking..
- A further 30% payment must be made at least 15 days before departure.
- The remaining 30% balance payment must be cleared at least 48 hours before the tour starts.
- For bookings made within 15 days of departure, the payment schedule will be communicated according to the travel dates and supplier requirements.
- For bookings made within 48 hours of departure, full payment is required before booking confirmation, subject to availability.
- Hotel/resort and room category will be provided as mentioned in the confirmed booking. If unavailable, a similar-category alternative may be offered.
- Any upgrade, additional sightseeing or extra service requested after confirmation will be charged separately.
- Package prices may vary depending on travel dates, hotel availability, vehicle category and seasonal demand until the booking is confirmed.
- Any applicable taxes or additional charges not included in the confirmed package price will be communicated to the traveller before booking confirmation.
- No refund will ordinarily be provided for services or sightseeing voluntarily skipped by the traveller, subject to applicable law.
- The itinerary may change due to weather, road conditions, traffic, local restrictions or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Travellers must follow hotel rules, transport instructions and local authority regulations.
- Travellers are responsible for their personal belongings. Trivanta Tours is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings, except where required by applicable law.
- Travellers may be required to present a valid government-issued photo ID during the trip or at hotel check-in.
- Any damage caused by the traveller to hotel property, vehicles or other facilities may be charged separately.
Cancellation policy
- 30 days or more before departure:** 10% of the total confirmed package cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- 15–29 days before departure:** 25% of the total confirmed package cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- 7–14 days before departure:** 50% of the total confirmed package cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- Within 6 days of departure:** Cancellation charges may be up to 100% of the total confirmed package cost, depending on the confirmed booking terms and applicable non-refundable charges.
- No-show or cancellation after the trip has started: Refunds for unused services will generally not be available, subject to applicable law and confirmed booking terms.
- Peak-season, special-offer and non-refundable bookings may have different cancellation terms. These will be communicated before booking confirmation.
- Any applicable non-refundable charges paid to hotels, cab operators or other service providers will be considered while calculating the final cancellation amount. The same expense will not be deducted twice.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted through Trivanta Tours official WhatsApp number or email address.
Refund policy
- Eligible refunds will be processed after applicable cancellation charges and non-refundable costs are finalized.
- Refunds will be made through the original payment method wherever possible.
- Eligible refunds will generally be processed within 7-10 working days after the final refundable amount is confirmed.
- Payment gateway or bank charges may be deducted where applicable, permitted and disclosed before booking.
- No refund will ordinarily be provided for services voluntarily skipped by the traveller, subject to applicable law and confirmed booking terms.
- Any additional expenses arising from severe weather, road closures or government restrictions will be handled according to the confirmed booking terms and applicable law.
Privacy policy
When you send an enquiry or booking request, we collect your name, phone number, email address and trip details only to reply to you and plan your trip.
Your details are shared only with the hotels, transport operators and other service providers needed for your booking. We never sell your personal information.
To update or delete your details, contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email.
