Itinerary
Day 01 — Delhi / Chandigarh to Shimla
Begin your journey from Delhi / Chandigarh and drive towards Shimla.
Enjoy the scenic journey as you travel through the hills towards the Queen of Hills.
On arrival in Shimla, check in to your hotel and relax.
In the evening, explore Mall Road and The Ridge at your own pace, followed by some free time to enjoy the local cafés and markets.

Day 02 — Kufri & Shimla Sightseeing
After breakfast, proceed for a full-day sightseeing experience.
Visit Kufri, a popular hill destination near Shimla known for its scenic Himalayan surroundings and beautiful mountain views.
Continue towards Shimla and explore Green Valley and Jakhoo Temple.
Later, visit the iconic The Ridge, Christ Church, Mall Road and Lakkar Bazaar.
Enjoy some free time for shopping, cafes and exploring the local atmosphere before returning to the hotel.

Day 03 — Shimla Heritage & Local Exploration
After breakfast, continue exploring Shimla and its surrounding attractions.
Visit the historic Indian Institute of Advanced Study (Viceregal Lodge) and Sankat Mochan Temple.
Later, enjoy some leisure time to explore Shimla cafes, local markets and scenic viewpoints.
The itinerary can also be customised to include Naldehra or Mashobra at an additional cost, depending on the selected route, travel requirements and road conditions.
Return to the hotel and enjoy a relaxed evening in Shimla at your own pace.

Day 04 — Shimla to Delhi / Chandigarh
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and begin your return journey to Delhi / Chandigarh.

- Pickup and drop-off can be arranged from Delhi, Chandigarh or another mutually agreed location, subject to the selected package and applicable charges.

- Entry fees and activity charges are payable by the traveller unless specifically included in the confirmed package.
- Hotel check-in and check-out timings are as per the property's standard policy.
- The itinerary may be adjusted due to weather, road conditions, traffic, local restrictions or other unforeseen circumstances.
- During winter, snowfall and snow-related experiences are subject to weather conditions and cannot be guaranteed.
- Naldehra and Mashobra can be added at an additional cost depending on the selected route and travel requirements.
Terms & conditions
- 40% advance payment is required to confirm the booking..
- A further 30% payment must be made at least 15 days before departure.
- The remaining 30% balance payment must be cleared at least 48 hours before the tour starts.
- For bookings made within 15 days of departure, the payment schedule will be communicated and confirmed at the time of booking, based on the travel dates and applicable booking requirements.
- For bookings made within 48 hours of departure, full payment is required before booking confirmation, subject to availability.
- Hotel/resort and room category will be provided as mentioned in the confirmed booking. If unavailable, a similar-category alternative may be offered.
- Any upgrade, additional sightseeing or extra service requested after confirmation will be charged separately.
- Package prices may vary depending on travel dates, hotel availability, vehicle category and seasonal demand until the booking is confirmed.
- Any applicable taxes or additional charges not included in the confirmed package price will be communicated to the traveller before booking confirmation.
- No refund will ordinarily be provided for services or sightseeing voluntarily skipped by the traveller, subject to applicable law.
- The itinerary may change due to weather, road conditions, traffic, local restrictions or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Travellers must follow hotel rules, transport instructions and local authority regulations.
- Travellers are responsible for their personal belongings. Trivanta Tours is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings, except where required by applicable law.
- Travellers may be required to present a valid government-issued photo ID during the trip or at hotel check-in.
- Any damage caused by the traveller to hotel property, vehicles or other facilities may be charged separately.
Cancellation policy
- 30 days or more before departure: 10% of the total confirmed package cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- 15–29 days before departure: 25% of the total confirmed package cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- 7–14 days before departure: 50% of the total confirmed package cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- Within 6 days of departure: Cancellation charges may be up to 100% of the total confirmed package cost, depending on the confirmed booking terms and applicable non-refundable charges.
- No-show or cancellation after the trip has started: Refunds for unused services will generally not be available, subject to applicable law and confirmed booking terms.
- Peak-season, special-offer and non-refundable bookings may have different cancellation terms. These will be communicated before booking confirmation.
- Any applicable non-refundable charges paid to hotels, cab operators or other service providers will be considered while calculating the final cancellation amount. The same expense will not be deducted twice.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted through Trivanta Tours official WhatsApp number or email address.
Refund policy
- Eligible refunds will be processed after applicable cancellation charges and non-refundable costs are finalized.
- Refunds will be made through the original payment method wherever possible.
- Eligible refunds will generally be processed within 7-10 working days after the final refundable amount is confirmed.
- Payment gateway or bank charges may be deducted where applicable, permitted and disclosed before booking.
- No refund will ordinarily be provided for services voluntarily skipped by the traveller, subject to applicable law and confirmed booking terms.
- Any additional expenses arising from severe weather, road closures or government restrictions will be handled according to the confirmed booking terms and applicable law.
Privacy policy
When you send an enquiry or booking request, we collect your name, phone number, email address and trip details only to reply to you and plan your trip.
Your details are shared only with the hotels, transport operators and other service providers needed for your booking. We never sell your personal information.
To update or delete your details, contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email.
