Itinerary

Day 00 — Delhi to Dharamshala | Overnight Volvo Journey

Report at the designated boarding point in Delhi.

Board your overnight Volvo bus to Dharamshala.

Enjoy the overnight journey through the scenic Himalayan foothills.

Day 01 — Arrival in Dharamshala | Local Sightseeing & Cafe Hopping

Arrive in Dharamshala and transfer to your hotel for check-in, subject to the standard check-in time.

Freshen up and begin exploring the local attractions.

Visit the Dalai Lama Temple Complex (Tsuglagkhang) known for its peaceful atmosphere and Tibetan Buddhist culture.

Explore Bhagsu Waterfall, surrounded by lush greenery and mountain scenery.

Spend time exploring the cafes and lively streets of McLeod Ganj.

Enjoy cafe hopping, local food or leisure time at your own pace.

Return to the hotel after sightseeing.

Overnight: Stay in Dharamshala.

Day 02 — Dal Lake, Church, Naddi & Dharamkot | Optional Triund Trek

After breakfast, head out to explore the scenic surroundings of Dharamshala.

Visit Dal Lake, a peaceful spot surrounded by deodar trees.

Explore St. John in the Wilderness Church, a historic stone church nestled amidst the forest.

Continue towards Naddi Viewpoint to enjoy panoramic views of the Dhauladhar mountain range, weather permitting.

Visit Dharamkot, a laid-back mountain village known for its cafes, walking trails and relaxed atmosphere.

Spend some leisure time enjoying the local surroundings.

Optional experience: Triund Trek can be planned for travellers who prefer an adventurous mountain experience. It requires additional time and suitable weather conditions; the regular sightseeing plan may need to be adjusted accordingly.

Return to the hotel.

Overnight: Stay in Dharamshala.

Day 03 — HPCA Stadium & Tea Gardens | Departure for Delhi

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed for the final day of sightseeing.

Visit HPCA Cricket Stadium, known for its stunning mountain backdrop. Entry is subject to stadium access and match or event schedules.

Explore the scenic Kangra Tea Gardens and enjoy views of the surrounding tea plantations.

Spend some time capturing photographs and enjoying the local landscape.

Proceed to the designated Volvo boarding point for your evening departure to Delhi.

Overnight: Volvo journey to Delhi.

Day 04 — Arrival in Delhi

Arrive in Delhi in the morning, subject to traffic and bus schedule.

Your Dharamshala getaway concludes with beautiful mountain memories.

  • Final hotel category, meal plan, transfers and package inclusions will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Terms & conditions

  • 40% advance payment is required to confirm the booking..
  • A further 30% payment must be made at least 15 days before departure.
  • The remaining 30% balance payment must be cleared at least 48 hours before the tour starts.
  • For bookings made within 15 days of departure, the payment schedule will be communicated and confirmed at the time of booking, based on the travel dates and applicable booking requirements.
  • For bookings made within 48 hours of departure, full payment is required before booking confirmation, subject to availability.
  • Hotel/resort and room category will be provided as mentioned in the confirmed booking. If unavailable, a similar-category alternative may be offered.
  • Any upgrade, additional sightseeing or extra service requested after confirmation will be charged separately.
  • Package prices may vary depending on travel dates, hotel availability, vehicle category and seasonal demand until the booking is confirmed.
  • Any applicable taxes or additional charges not included in the confirmed package price will be communicated to the traveller before booking confirmation.
  • No refund will ordinarily be provided for services or sightseeing voluntarily skipped by the traveller, subject to applicable law.
  • The itinerary may change due to weather, road conditions, traffic, local restrictions or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Travellers must follow hotel rules, transport instructions and local authority regulations.
  • Travellers are responsible for their personal belongings. Trivanta Tours is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings, except where required by applicable law.
  • Travellers may be required to present a valid government-issued photo ID during the trip or at hotel check-in.
  • Any damage caused by the traveller to hotel property, vehicles or other facilities may be charged separately.

Cancellation policy

  • 30 days or more before departure:** 10% of the total confirmed package cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
  • 15–29 days before departure:** 25% of the total confirmed package cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
  • 7–14 days before departure:** 50% of the total confirmed package cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
  • Within 6 days of departure:** Cancellation charges may be up to 100% of the total confirmed package cost, depending on the confirmed booking terms and applicable non-refundable charges.
  • No-show or cancellation after the trip has started: Refunds for unused services will generally not be available, subject to applicable law and confirmed booking terms.
  • Peak-season, special-offer and non-refundable bookings may have different cancellation terms. These will be communicated before booking confirmation.
  • Any applicable non-refundable charges paid to hotels, cab operators or other service providers will be considered while calculating the final cancellation amount. The same expense will not be deducted twice.
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted through Trivanta Tours official WhatsApp number or email address.

Refund policy

  • Eligible refunds will be processed after applicable cancellation charges and non-refundable costs are finalized.
  • Refunds will be made through the original payment method wherever possible.
  • Eligible refunds will generally be processed within 7-10 working days after the final refundable amount is confirmed.
  • Payment gateway or bank charges may be deducted where applicable, permitted and disclosed before booking.
  • No refund will ordinarily be provided for services voluntarily skipped by the traveller, subject to applicable law and confirmed booking terms.
  • Any additional expenses arising from severe weather, road closures or government restrictions will be handled according to the confirmed booking terms and applicable law.

When you send an enquiry or booking request, we collect your name, phone number, email address and trip details only to reply to you and plan your trip.

Your details are shared only with the hotels, transport operators and other service providers needed for your booking. We never sell your personal information.
