Itinerary

Day 00 — Delhi to Manali by Volvo

Report at the designated Volvo boarding point in Delhi as per the confirmed bus schedule.

Board your overnight Volvo bus and begin your journey towards Manali.

Day 01 — Manali Arrival & Local Sightseeing

Arrive in Manali in the morning and proceed towards your hotel.

Check-in will be provided as per the hotel's standard check-in time. Early check-in is subject to availability and applicable charges.

After freshening up and breakfast, proceed for Manali Local Sightseeing.

Visit Hadimba Devi Temple, Manu Temple, Vashisht Temple & Hot Springs, Van Vihar and Old Manali.

Later, enjoy some free time exploring Mall Road and the local market, with cafés and shops to explore at your own pace.

Return to the hotel and relax.

Day 02 — Solang Valley, Atal Tunnel & Sissu

After breakfast, proceed for a full-day sightseeing experience towards Solang Valley, Atal Tunnel and Sissu.

Visit Solang Valley, known for its scenic mountain views and outdoor activities. Depending on the season, optional activities such as snow activities, ropeway rides and adventure activities can be enjoyed at an additional cost.

Continue towards Atal Tunnel and enter the scenic Lahaul Valley.

Further, visit Sissu, a beautiful mountain destination known for its scenic landscapes and surrounding Himalayan views. Spend some time exploring the area before starting your return journey to Manali.

Later, return to Manali and enjoy the evening at your own pace.

Day 03 — Manali to Manikaran Sahib & Kasol | Return to Delhi by Volvo

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and begin your journey towards Kasol.

On arrival in Kasol, spend some time exploring the local market, cafés and surrounding areas.

Later, proceed towards Manikaran Sahib, located further ahead of Kasol. Visit Manikaran Sahib, known for its spiritual significance, hot springs and scenic surroundings. Spend some time exploring the Gurudwara and nearby area.

After visiting Manikaran Sahib, return towards Kasol.

Depending on the available time, you can also take a short walk along the Chalal Riverside Trail and enjoy the peaceful surroundings of the Parvati Valley.

In the evening, proceed to the designated Volvo boarding point and board your bus for the return journey to Delhi.

Arrive in Delhi the following morning, marking the end of your Manali & Kasol getaway.

Sightseeing and transfers are subject to weather, road conditions, traffic and local restrictions.
Access to Atal Tunnel, Lahaul Valley and Sissu is subject to weather conditions, road status and local authority restrictions.
Optional activities are subject to season, availability, weather conditions and applicable charges.
Snowfall is a natural phenomenon and cannot be guaranteed.
The itinerary may be adjusted due to weather, road conditions, traffic, local restrictions or other unforeseen circumstances.
Any changes to the Volvo schedule will be communicated to the traveller as soon as the information is received from the operator.

Terms & conditions

40% advance payment is required to confirm the booking..
A further 30% payment must be made at least 15 days before departure.
The remaining 30% balance payment must be cleared at least 48 hours before the tour starts.
For bookings made within 15 days of departure, the payment schedule will be communicated according to the travel dates and supplier requirements.
For bookings made within 48 hours of departure, full payment is required before booking confirmation, subject to availability.
Hotel/resort and room category will be provided as mentioned in the confirmed booking. If unavailable, a similar-category alternative may be offered.
Any upgrade, additional sightseeing or extra service requested after confirmation will be charged separately.
Package prices may vary depending on travel dates, hotel availability, vehicle category and seasonal demand until the booking is confirmed.
Any applicable taxes or additional charges not included in the confirmed package price will be communicated to the traveller before booking confirmation.
No refund will ordinarily be provided for services or sightseeing voluntarily skipped by the traveller, subject to applicable law.
The itinerary may change due to weather, road conditions, traffic, local restrictions or other unforeseen circumstances.
Travellers must follow hotel rules, transport instructions and local authority regulations.
Travellers are responsible for their personal belongings. Trivanta Tours is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings, except where required by applicable law.
Travellers may be required to present a valid government-issued photo ID during the trip or at hotel check-in.
Any damage caused by the traveller to hotel property, vehicles or other facilities may be charged separately.

Cancellation policy

30 days or more before departure:** 10% of the total confirmed package cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
15–29 days before departure:** 25% of the total confirmed package cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
7–14 days before departure:** 50% of the total confirmed package cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Within 6 days of departure:** Cancellation charges may be up to 100% of the total confirmed package cost, depending on the confirmed booking terms and applicable non-refundable charges.
No-show or cancellation after the trip has started: Refunds for unused services will generally not be available, subject to applicable law and confirmed booking terms.
Peak-season, special-offer and non-refundable bookings may have different cancellation terms. These will be communicated before booking confirmation.
Any applicable non-refundable charges paid to hotels, cab operators or other service providers will be considered while calculating the final cancellation amount. The same expense will not be deducted twice.
Cancellation requests must be submitted through Trivanta Tours official WhatsApp number or email address.

Refund policy

Eligible refunds will be processed after applicable cancellation charges and non-refundable costs are finalized.
Refunds will be made through the original payment method wherever possible.
Eligible refunds will generally be processed within 7-10 working days after the final refundable amount is confirmed.
Payment gateway or bank charges may be deducted where applicable, permitted and disclosed before booking.
No refund will ordinarily be provided for services voluntarily skipped by the traveller, subject to applicable law and confirmed booking terms.
Any additional expenses arising from severe weather, road closures or government restrictions will be handled according to the confirmed booking terms and applicable law.

When you send an enquiry or booking request, we collect your name, phone number, email address and trip details only to reply to you and plan your trip.

Your details are shared only with the hotels, transport operators and other service providers needed for your booking. We never sell your personal information.
