Itinerary

Day 01 — Delhi / Chandigarh to Manali

Begin your journey from Delhi / Chandigarh and drive towards Manali.

Enjoy the scenic journey through the mountains along the Beas River as you make your way towards Manali.

On arrival, check in to your hotel and take some time to settle in and relax after the journey.

In the evening, you can explore Mall Road and the local market at your own pace, or simply relax at the hotel depending on your arrival time and preference.

Day 02 — Solang Valley, Atal Tunnel & Sissu

After breakfast, proceed for a full-day sightseeing experience towards Solang Valley, Atal Tunnel and Sissu.

Visit Solang Valley, known for its scenic mountain views and outdoor activities. Depending on the season, optional activities such as snow activities, ropeway rides and adventure activities can be enjoyed at an additional cost.

Continue towards Atal Tunnel and enter the scenic Lahaul Valley.

Further, visit Sissu, a beautiful mountain destination known for its scenic landscapes, waterfalls and views of the surrounding peaks. Spend some time exploring the area before starting your return journey to Manali.

Later, return to Manali and enjoy the evening at your own pace.

Day 03 — Manali Local Sightseeing

After breakfast, proceed for local sightseeing in Manali.

Visit Hadimba Devi Temple, Manu Temple, Vashisht Temple & Hot Springs and Van Vihar.

Later, explore Old Manali, known for its cafes, local shops and relaxed mountain atmosphere.

Enjoy some free time to explore the local markets, cafes and surrounding areas at your own pace.

Day 04 — Manali to Naggar & Delhi / Chandigarh

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and begin your return journey towards Delhi / Chandigarh.

En route, visit Naggar and explore Naggar Castle, known for its historic architecture and beautiful views of the surrounding Kullu Valley.

Depending on the available time, you can also explore the nearby local market and scenic surroundings before continuing your journey.

Later, continue towards Delhi / Chandigarh.

  • Pickup and drop-off can be arranged from Delhi, Chandigarh or another mutually agreed location, subject to the selected package and applicable charges.
  • Sightseeing is subject to weather, road conditions, traffic and local restrictions.
  • During peak season, certain sightseeing areas may have vehicle access restrictions.
  • Entry fees and activity charges are payable by the traveller unless specifically included in the confirmed package.
  • Hotel check-in and check-out timings are as per the property's standard policy.
  • During winter, snowfall and snow-related experiences are subject to weather conditions and cannot be guaranteed.
  • The itinerary may be adjusted due to weather, road conditions, traffic, local restrictions or other unforeseen circumstances.

Terms & conditions

  • 40% advance payment is required to confirm the booking..
  • A further 30% payment must be made at least 15 days before departure.
  • The remaining 30% balance payment must be cleared at least 48 hours before the tour starts.
  • For bookings made within 15 days of departure, the payment schedule will be communicated and confirmed at the time of booking, based on the travel dates and applicable booking requirements.
  • For bookings made within 48 hours of departure, full payment is required before booking confirmation, subject to availability.
  • Hotel/resort and room category will be provided as mentioned in the confirmed booking. If unavailable, a similar-category alternative may be offered.
  • Any upgrade, additional sightseeing or extra service requested after confirmation will be charged separately.
  • Package prices may vary depending on travel dates, hotel availability, vehicle category and seasonal demand until the booking is confirmed.
  • Any applicable taxes or additional charges not included in the confirmed package price will be communicated to the traveller before booking confirmation.
  • No refund will ordinarily be provided for services or sightseeing voluntarily skipped by the traveller, subject to applicable law.
  • The itinerary may change due to weather, road conditions, traffic, local restrictions or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Travellers must follow hotel rules, transport instructions and local authority regulations.
  • Travellers are responsible for their personal belongings. Trivanta Tours is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings, except where required by applicable law.
  • Travellers may be required to present a valid government-issued photo ID during the trip or at hotel check-in.
  • Any damage caused by the traveller to hotel property, vehicles or other facilities may be charged separately.

Cancellation policy

  • 30 days or more before departure: 10% of the total confirmed package cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
  • 15–29 days before departure: 25% of the total confirmed package cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
  • 7–14 days before departure: 50% of the total confirmed package cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
  • Within 6 days of departure: Cancellation charges may be up to 100% of the total confirmed package cost, depending on the confirmed booking terms and applicable non-refundable charges.
  • No-show or cancellation after the trip has started: Refunds for unused services will generally not be available, subject to applicable law and confirmed booking terms.
  • Peak-season, special-offer and non-refundable bookings may have different cancellation terms. These will be communicated before booking confirmation.
  • Any applicable non-refundable charges paid to hotels, cab operators or other service providers will be considered while calculating the final cancellation amount. The same expense will not be deducted twice.
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted through Trivanta Tours official WhatsApp number or email address.

Refund policy

  • Eligible refunds will be processed after applicable cancellation charges and non-refundable costs are finalized.
  • Refunds will be made through the original payment method wherever possible.
  • Eligible refunds will generally be processed within 7-10 working days after the final refundable amount is confirmed.
  • Payment gateway or bank charges may be deducted where applicable, permitted and disclosed before booking.
  • No refund will ordinarily be provided for services voluntarily skipped by the traveller, subject to applicable law and confirmed booking terms.
  • Any additional expenses arising from severe weather, road closures or government restrictions will be handled according to the confirmed booking terms and applicable law.

When you send an enquiry or booking request, we collect your name, phone number, email address and trip details only to reply to you and plan your trip.

Your details are shared only with the hotels, transport operators and other service providers needed for your booking. We never sell your personal information.

To update or delete your details, contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email.
